Report a problem

YoussefLabs is in early beta. If a tool is broken, confusing or missing something, we would like to know.

What to include

The tool name (for example "Image Compressor") or the page address.
Your browser and device (for example "Safari on iPhone 14" or "Firefox on Windows").
What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead, including any error message shown.
For a file tool, only the kind and rough size of the file (for example "a 4 MB JPEG from a phone").

Do not send passwords, uploaded documents, hashes, private text, or other sensitive input. Describe the problem in words instead. A made-up example that shows the same problem is always enough.

Where to send it

During the private beta, please send reports through the same channel you received the link from. A public contact address will be listed here when the site opens to everyone.

YoussefLabs does not collect anything from the tools automatically, so we only know about a problem if you tell us.
